I requested them to quote me insurance for a number of rental properties I owned. This company was my auto insurance provider for a number of years. After a couple of months of waiting and phone calls they finally said their carriers would not insure me. The next day I called another provider who within a day provided me with great service and very good priced quotes. I ended with the new provider who provided insurance by a carrier who has Daniel and Henry listed as their representative. I guess my business is not good enough for them.

3 months after one of their insured driver hit my parked truck and I'm still waiting for payment. I finally had to turn the claim over to my insurance company so I could get the truck repaired. And now state farm is waiting for payment with me too. Worst Insurance company I've ever had to deal with. Every time I called I was told they would call me right back, but the calls never came. Wish I could rate a negative star.

I was with this company for a few years until I attempted to contact my agent to finalize insurance on a property that was gifted to me. I attempted to call and email for 11 days with no response of any kind. Finally I called the main office only to be told my agent wasn't available and they took my information for a call back. A few hours later I finally get an emailed response from my agent, no call back.

At that time I asked for some kind of explanation as to why no one returned my calls/emails for 11 days and the response I got floored me! Apparently my agent is too busy to get back to me because she got 45 phone calls and told me if I didn't like it to contact her manager. Not sure what her work load has to do with my insurance policy but if you can't keep up with your clients you should reach out to your bosses and get some help or find a new job. Also about a year and half ago this same agent messed up my auto policy and almost cost me close to $1000! When I set up the policy I questioned the situation because I knew something wasn't right. I was told this is how it has to be. Then a year later when I renewed I questioned it again and my agent told me if I didn't like it I could take my business elsewhere.

I sent my agent back a not so nice email and that's when agent finally looked into the situation only to find that I was right, agent was wrong, they had to go back a year and refund me almost $1000! This could have all been avoided if the agent had looked into the situation to start with, not everyone has a $1000 to just throw away.

Mark Naeger not only gets you the most competitive rates out there but his customer service is amazing. He makes himself available to discuss and explain all options with quick email responses when needed. I'm excited to recommend him to my friends when the topic of insurance comes up! I also loved working with Meaghan Dowd, basically there wasn't much work involved on my end to get everything changed over from my previous insurance companies to the new ones due to Meaghan's attention to detail, research and collection of any additional information needed for the transaction.

She also made it easy for me to either come by the office or not even have to leave my job to get everything finalized which is a huge plus because it saved me so much time! I look forward to this relationship and feel like I am taken care of and nothing will fall through the cracks, that is hard to say about most of the bigger insurance companies who don't have your best interest in mind.
