Blasingame Insurance

I've been getting my insurance threw Blasingame for 20 years. But this time when my renewal came up the price had jumped alot. Called my agent two times and never got a return phone call. I'm very disappointed. No accidents or even a ticket in a little over 20 years. Perfect record. Always pay on time and not worthy of a return phone call. What has this world come to? So now my new insurance company is State Farm.

These guys are the best in the game (or at least the best we've found). We have used these guys for several years now for both business and personal and have had a great experience. Professional and knowledgeable staff and great rates as they work to find you the best rates with multiple companies. Job well done and I would highly recommend.

Heather gave me several quotes from different companies and saved me a lot of money! I saved over $500 a year over my current home and auto insurance company. Been with this agency fo over 35 years with auto, houses, umbrella, etc. Joyce has always gone out of her way to give me incredible service like reminding me to pay my bill and taking care of my family through several incidents and educating us and my kids with knowledge they needed. Includes me as well. She goes out of her way to take care of us including contacts to see how we are doing just to make sure all is well.

I'm in a business that nessitates great customer service and she provides it up and beyond what now seems acceptable now days. Very refreshing. There is no customer service/no service here. You can trust her. I do!

Jason, Jannel, and everyone at Blasingame are great. Jason Reser takes the time to explain the intricacies of the policy to you and why it may or may not fit your needs. I think he spent half an hour on the phone with me to explain my motorcycle policy and that was only a $300 policy. Overall, good people.

Joyce Haggarty has managed several of our insurance policies for a long time. She does a great job, is always prompt, courteous, and smart about what she is doing. Glad to have her taking care of our insurance needs.

Joyce has been amazing for so many years in helping me with all of the usual questions and problems associated with insurance. Blasingame Insurance Goes Above and Beyond! Last Friday afternoon well after 3pm, I had what I will call an 'insurance emergency'. I needed a policy written, paid for, and in effect immediately. I was panicked, due to the personal nature of my situation, and the need for coverage. Of course I call Blasingame, as I have other policies with them. After describing my situation to Joyce, I am connected to Heather Carrell, and it's a GOOD THING!

She got right down to business and within a short while, had the information she needed to write the appropriate policy for me, all within a phone call or two. She explained clearly, answered my questions, we 'swiped' my payment over the phone, and within minutes my email inbox contained the policy. NOTE: Their office closes at 4pm or 4:30pm on Fridays. NOT SO WHEN HEATHER IS ON TASK!

She stayed until I was taken care of. It was past 5pm and it was Friday! Are you kidding me? Who does THAT? I will tell you who. Heather Carrell.at Blasingame Insurance. Thank you Heather!
