Had not heard from my former insurance rep. for years. I called and met with Patrick at Kraft. He entered my information into a program and found I was under insured for my replacement mostly because of building material costs. He was able to keep me with Mutual of Enumclaw but at the appropriate coverage. It was great to review all my home and auto coverage and feel I have an agency that will keep on top of things and be responsive.

By far you have been the best agent (and office) that I have worked with over the last 25 years. Two of the biggest reasons I would say that is, when I called in and described my situation, Patrick knew the correct solution and gave me peace of mind that he would take care of it. Secondly, when I call in I always get someone that responds quickly and follows through on tasks.

For me to know that someone has done the research, knows their products and how it fits with me and can follow through, takes a huge stressor off of me because I don't have to micromanage them. It seems like this is a rarity these days.
