I've sent several emails to Trey Thomas trying to get a quote for insurance to have him just ignore emails he never responded and to think someone told me to call him! I'm good keep our quote. I've been with Nationwide for 9 years I'll stay with them before I have to deal with people like you. I wouldn't recommend this place for insurance to anyone!

As a client I am appalled by my agent's customer service. It was clear my request for help in adding new protections that would only result in additional commission for her was merely a nuisance given that she hung up on me after I asked her to do her job and present to the underwriters rather than casually telling me nothing can be done. I am moving my business.
