Ken is very professional and great at his job, he is also very fast. If I could rate him higher than a 5 out 5 I would. Insurance is fast becoming my biggest expense so it could be my worst nightmare, Ken and Blackwell made the process as painless as possible. I would recommend them to anyone.

I discovered I became a 'high risk' homeowner after filing a claim against my insurance. Ken was superb! Before contacting him I was paying +80$ for liability insurance my for daily driver. He helped me find the best rates and I was able to switch providers AND ADD AN ADDITIONAL VEHICLE with better coverage and benefits on both for an additional $10 per month! I was going to sell my inherited vehicle due to insurance costs but now I can have a emergency spare replacement vehicle at little to no extra cost.
