I originally gave them a 5 star review but after being given an incomplete and wrong quote and trying to speak to someone who could explain to me the monthly charges I didn't agree to, I am incredibly disappointed with the customer service and response rate. I called back for a week straight and got told the manager would call me back because she was on vacation and I found myself doing all the following up until someone totally different actually helped me.
I believe I was made to wait so that by the time the late fees accumulated, it wouldn't be worth it to cancel the policy I was falsely tricked into getting (my return would be so low). PS they record your calls you have with them but won't let you hear them to see where the miscommunication happened and they blame you for "not listening right." I am definitely cancelling this expensive insurance policy once the 6 month contract is over!

They're nice and I received a quote rather quickly, but she didn't send me my policy. I had to call back to have my policy sent to my email. Not a huge deal, but at first I thought I got scammed! Lol. I needed SR-22 and my down payment was only $45. I have non-ownership insurance and my monthly payment is only $20

I had to cancel 2 different policies with larger national insurance companies because they refused to comply with the new Illinois rules about the insurer has to go on the State of Illinois' website & enter the information about the insured driver. United Auto didn't have an issue & the agent went right to the site & took care of it when I was on the phone with her.just like that. No hassles.so far so good!
