I would highly reccomend Bafumi insurance to everyone who embarks upon this post. I recently moved from another state and was overwhelmed with seeking a better auto insurance policy. If your an individual like myself you probably have a lot of questions regarding insurance policies. I spoke with Michelle and she guided me through the process every step of the way.

I am so pleased with the customer service at Bafumi as well as the great rates! With teen drivers, the rates can be astronomical. With Bafumi insurance -- my rates have been so reasonable. Also, my home owners rate was literally cut in half when I signed on with Bafumi! I highly recommend this agency!

I recently moved to Connecticut and need renter's insurance (and soon auto insurance). I've always had good luck with an independent insurance agent and tried Bafumi because they were the only independent I could find in Middletown. I did not visit the office because renter's insurance is very straightforward. I spoke to the relevant person on the phone.
According to the web site they have several years experience. I was a bit concerned at the beginning because they didn't appear to be very competent. However, I put that down to a difficulty understanding my English accent. I was promised that they would email me a quote and the relevant forms and that I could sign them and email back. After I called them a few times they eventually did get back to me.
Their curt response was "Unfortunately, we will ot be able to assist your with your insurance needs at this time. Thank you very much for time and effort." (The grammar and spelling is theirs.) So I wasted a week for their unresponsive, slightly rude reply. No explanation, no apology.
