Another GREAT example of GREAT service. We were away on vacation and one of my children unfortunately had an accident! One Call - talked with Skip and he and Joan handled all the questions while we were out of state. Got home a week later and they had orchestrated the claim and gave my child the guidance needed to keep everyone happy and feeling comfortable with the process. H.S.
