Completed their website request form for an insurance quote.no reply. Followed up via phone a couple of days later.no answer. Left a voicemail.no return call. Reviews are excellent online but I guess I'll never know what it's like to work with them. Went with another provider.

I have been with Blackadar Insurance for almost 20 years. They helped me many times on many of my insurance needs and have always made sure any issues with insurance providers were addressed quickly, thoroughly, and to my full satisfaction. It has always been comforting to have them on my side and providing me with great personal service.

It's been over 15 years that I have been working with Blackadar Insurance Agency and I must say the entire staff works to get it done! Customer service is excellent! There response to my questions are almost instantly answered and taken care of. They make me feel like a valued customer!

Spoke to Dawn Honadel about getting home insurance, she was very helpful with a very pleasant phone voice that was very easy for me too understand. We discussed several things that would help me get the best rate possible, wind mitigation, 4 point inspections, etc. Dawn is very knowledgeable about these things, we had alot of email communications which she replied to very fast in minuets and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them for your insurance needs, very different then my old insurance company.

We started out shopping insurance a couple of years ago trying to find a policy that we could afford. Drew Petty came to us worked very hard to create the best coverage at an awesome price. Then when we started working with the office where Diana Francis became our inside connection. Her responsiveness and dedication to her job are not often found in today's workforce. We have been using Blackadar for our auto and home insurance needs for many years. Our representative Dawn has taken good care of us. She regularly shops our needs to ensure we are getting the best value possible. Recently she informed us that there was a large increase in our Auto insurance and she found us an alternative company that will save us several thousand dollars (we insure our two teenagers as well which is pricy). This company was recommended to me by the kitchen I will be renting for my business. When I initially contacted them, Will was very friendly and I was impressed with the professionalism. However, once I got the quote and started asking questions about it, his tone changed. He evaded my questions, just telling me that it was cheap coverage and therefore I shouldn't be asking so much. Finally, I got the answers I needed and he adjusted the policy accordingly (removing some coverage my business did not need). However, the premium remained the same.

When I asked why that happened, he repeated that I should be happy that the coverage was so cheap compared to other businesses. I asked again about why the premium was the same price, and he told me he was refusing to work with me because I did not trust him. I was very surprised, but I suppose they are making enough money off of people who don't bother to ask what they are paying for that they don't need my business.
