Have had this company for years only because they were the only company to get Truckers Ins in Delaware with. Now that there is another company we will be switching ASAP. They do not care what you as the consumer want or request everything is done in such a slow manner. Many times my MC numbers have been expired because they fail to send in the paperwork necessary. Now my rates went up because guess what my numbers weren't in good standing for consecutive years. Absolutely horrible company to have.

I received a fax soliciting business for "Truckers Insurance" at Johnstons Insurance Group. I called for a quote spoke to "vice president Kirk Cavicchio" Sent my information as per his request, after two days.no response sent a follow up e-mail and phone call still nothing. I would not expect much from this company.
