I have used this agency for many years and recently have had a 1.7 Million dollar commercial fire claim with The Auto Owners Company. Every time I needed Paul to intercede with the claims process on my behalf, he assisted me in every way possible. He took responsibility for his part of the claims process very seriously and couldn't have arrived at the settlement without him or this Agency

I have been using Carver Insurance group for a little over a year now. I feel the communication level and ability of my agent to get things done by the time promised has been sub-par of expectations. I constantly have to follow-up days after I'm told my policies will be taken care of, and feel that if my insurance agent is getting paid to do their job, they should do just that.

I will not continue my service with this company going forward if they can't figure out how to take care of existing insurance policies within a reasonable amount of time.
