We worked with The Insurance Center of NW Florida for almost 6 years as our insurance agent for our house in Florida. Over the course of those 6 years, we went through multiple property managers, multiple tenants, and multiple ups-and-downs, but the Insurance Center of NW Florida, particularly Keith, remained steadfast and professional. I have done business with them for the better part of 4 years now and they have been consistently professional and helpful in any way possible. I have multiple properties and sometimes dealing with all the different carriers can be a hassle, but Keith and the rest of the team are always on top of it! Every call/email I send is quickly returned. I have 0 complaints and only recommendations doing business with them.

Keith has been helping me for years. Sure, we've run into some problems along the way like when my home owner's insurance company folded.twice. But, Keith and his team got me the same, if not better, coverage than I had before with no break in coverage. He is quick to respond personally to my issues and always has a professional answer. I couldn't be happier.

I have been with this company for over 11 years and had Rick White dealing with my insurance. He left recently and it has gone to hell. Sent simple emails enquiring why was there an increase in my policy and Keith finally replied back that it was to do with having sub contractors. I emailed him explaining that I never have sub contractors and did not hear back until many attempts on my part to find the answer.
Still took a few more emails because I got short one line answers and not explaining nothing. come to find out it was another part of my policy and NOT sub contractors, but took nearly two weeks to get the correct answer. After his rudeness on the emails I called in and asked them not to have Keith deal with me after the sour taste it had left. Shortly after that I received an email from Keith saying he will deal with me and any issues will have to come through him as he is the manager.
Anyway the experience is horrible and unprofessional and very sad that after 11 years i get treated that way. I even emailed the owner Sharon to get some sort of response. Still waiting on that and that was months ago. Anyway, I finally had time to shop around and look for an alternative. I called Allen Millers office with State Farm and ended up getting higher coverage for my insurance and for cheaper monthly payments.
So at least something good came out of it. So, I emailed The owners, Steve and Sharon today along with Keith to ask to have my policy cancelled effective 9/24/21. Never heard back from owners, but i did hear back from Keith. The reply was Apologies for not meeting your expectations the insurance provided. here are your cancellation docs to sign. THAT WAS IT!
The reason i cancelled was'nt because of the insurance, it was cancelled due to the rudeness, unprofessional communication by the so said Manager and no communication by the owners. Absolute joke of a company. Look elsewhere.

I've been trying to endorse my policy for the past two months, to include additional coverages and also to obtain a quote for valuable items insurance from Keith, with no success. He said that the issue with 3 FL companies dropping over 50K customers is taking all of their time. Well, if they don't have time for me, so I can get protection of my valuables before the peak of hurricane season, they probably won't care about you either.

Over the course of weeks, I called and emailed Torri to try and update my coverage before my policy expired. Every time there was an excuse, oh I sent it to your email try checking your spam. I would understand that once, but after the fourth time the email isn't lost-it was never sent. Plus if the quote honestly had been done, then it would show in progressive emails and in my progressive app.
The blatant dishonesty for such a long term is unacceptable in the industry. If you can't complete a quote in two weeks, then you need to let your client know you're too busy because you'd be leaving people financially vulnerable in a way that could be devastating for their family if they were uncovered due to your negligence. Not only was this unprofessional, but once I finally moved on to another agent, I saw that Torri had inaccurately insured my car last term as a lease, not as financed.
I was paying higher rates to not be insured for the amount of my car because of her mistake. Using this company can leave you UNCOVERED and UNSAFE. It's disappointing that the agent Torri was not concerned with customer service, but her mistakes can leave you unprotected.

WOW! This team is great to work with. Keith left no question unanswered! He worked hard to find the best policy for our family. Tory and Mary were always friendly and ready to help if he was on the other line or with another customer. It is not often you find folks in a 'sales' type job where they are more concerned that you have what you need than trying to sell me stuff I don't need. They are all very nice and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone shopping insurance!

Keith was very professional in reviewing my coverage with me today for our home. It is up for renewal and we wanted to make sure we had sufficient coverage due to the fire that hit our area last May. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. We have them handle all of our insurance needs. They were very helpful in assisting us with our claim when the fire hit our community last year.
