Sometimes trying to explain what you want or need is, or can be, difficult. The person I spoke to was understanding, friendly, and helped us with our problem. She was extremely helpful listening, and explaining it in a way that was understandable. No rudeness or rushing us through our situation. We reached a solution to our problem and would recommend her to anyone. Our local agents didn't help us. So I called number. Thank-you again for helping.

Farmers and Mechanics website was easy to navigate and accomplish my goal of making a payment prior to the automatic withdrawal that had been planned initially. And the system automatically realized that the payment was made manually and did not try to withdraw funds for the same payment. Thank you F&M's.

I have been trying to get a claim paid and have been getting the royal run around. I decided to make a personal visit and they still didn't wish to work with me dispite having another contractor give them the exact same information - a contactor they chose have look at my property. Think twice before using this company!
